David Payne Constructions was established in 1991 by partners David & Melissa Payne. The company was initially formed as a general contractor to service the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the local area. 

In 2000 we relocated our business to larger premises at Douglas Mawson Road, Dubbo to compliment our continuing growth. Our new premises have given us the capacity to take on further personnel which has been needed to adequately support the growing project opportunities our company is receiving.
