• Our Quality Assurance System is certified to AS/NZS ISO9001:2008

Occupational Health & Safety Management System

• We ensure of work sites are safe and are without risk to health through the implementation and maintenance of an OH&S Management System.
• Our OH&S Management System is certified to AS/NZS 4801:2001

Environmental Management System

• We carry out business in a way that ensures no project has a negative impact on the environment.
• Our Environmental Management System is certified to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004

PRE-QUALIFICATIONS

• NSW Department of Commerce - Pre-Qualification
  In 2006 David Payne Constructions was granted pre-qualification to tender as a preferred contractor for projects to the value of between $1M to $7M.  This is valid until 31st December, 2010
• Resitech (NSW Department of Housing) - Pre-Qualification
  In 2007 David Payne Constructions was granted pre-qualification to tender as a preferred contractor for projects up to the value of $10M.  This is valid until 31st August, 2010
